HR & Admin Executive
What You Will be Doing
- HR Role
- Assist in onboarding processes.
- Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Manage employer HRDF (Human Resources Development Fund) grant application.
- Manage employee welfare programs and initiatives, including organizing employee engagement activities, health and wellness programs, and recognition events.
- Processing claims: Managing and facilitating the submission and processing of various claims, such as travel expenses, medical expenses, or other reimbursable items.
- Processing employee insurance and outpatient medical: Administering employee insurance programs, including group hospitalisation and surgical insurance, group personal accident insurance or outpatient medical coverage and assisting employees with enrolment, claims, or other related inquiries.
- Admin Role
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Managing contractor payments: Handling the payment process for contractors or vendors, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of funds for services rendered.
- Ensure the smooth operation of office functions by coordinating administrative tasks, including office maintenance, procurement of office supplies, mailbox, parking facilities, handling correspondence and festive decoration.
- Collaborate with the IT Administrator to coordinate IT administrative matters.
- Provide support in various ad-hoc HR and admin projects and tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving organizational needs.
The Ideal Candidate
- Preferably Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Malaysian.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Confident, caring, hungry for challenges and growth opportunities.
- Hands-on and making decisions.
