Bridging the ASEAN-Europe Gap with Dviation Croatia
15th February 2019, Zagreb – We are pleased to announce a major milestone in the continuous development and expansion of the Dviation Group’s portfolio. As of 1st February 2019, the Group has successfully obtained the EASA Part 147 Approval, through its Dviation Croatia legal entity in Zagreb, Croatia. With this EASA approval, the Group is equipped to provide Airbus A318/319/320/321 (CFM56/V2500), A320 NEO (LEAP 1A), and A330-200/300 (RR Trent 700/GE CF6/PW4000) theoretical and practical training. The training courses, which are applicable to the aforementioned engine types, are approved for both B1 (mechanical) and B2 (electric/avionic) categories.
In line with the aim to widen its reach within and beyond the ASEAN region, the Dviation Group’s expansion into Europe comes at a time of industry-wide growth. As the European and ASEAN aviation industries are predicted to grow in the coming years, the Group aspires to bridge the gap between both regions, by developing skilled aviation professionals who can ultimately enhance the landscape of the industry. The Group strives to leverage on existing human capital, as well as develop talents in the region through high-calibre training programs.
Throughout the course of this year, the Dviation Group intends on further expanding its capabilities by adding several other aircraft types to its approval. This will allow the Group to better serve customers globally, across all their training needs.
