Dviation Widens Global Network via Strategic European Partnership
17 May 2021, Zagreb, Croatia – The Dviation Group is pleased to announce its latest joint venture with Global Aerotech, a Croatian-based EASA Part-145 approved maintenance organization. Through this strategic partnership, Dviation will extend its maintenance capabilities, in-line with its current and future expansion plans throughout Asia and Europe.
The JV foresees the full integration of Global Aerotech under the Dviation brand, serving as a precursor to the rollout of further technical services in the coming months. Consequently, this JV enables Dviation to offer more comprehensive solutions, covering a wider range of MRO services coupled with its well-renowned customer service experience, to meet the growing needs of its clientele.
Furthermore, this partnership is a timely endeavour in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, and is a collective effort undertaken by the parties to support the global aviation community in its recovery phase.
In addition to expanding its European network, the EASA Part-145 approval enables Dviation to support a wider range of clientele at its existing line stations in the Asia-Pacific region – serving as a base for further expansion of Dviation’s current network, and ultimately positioning itself to leverage on opportunities beyond its current region.
“We are extremely excited to welcome a new team of highly motivated and experienced maintenance professionals to our Dviation family. Working with talented and devoted people is, and will, remain key as we strive to offer our customers the best service possible, whilst also ensuring that we fulfil our purpose of keeping passengers and crews safe in the skies,” highlights Michael Schwendener, Managing Director for Dviation Europe.
On the same note, Alen Vlajsović, Accountable Manager at Global Aerotech expresses, “We are happy and excited to connect Global Aerotech and Dviation. By merging the two organizations, we believe in achieving more rapid and efficient growth.”
“Our wish is to offer line maintenance support in many other airports in Europe and Asia. Furthermore, in addition to line maintenance, we aim to continue with other projects to expand our offer to our customers,” adds Mihael Zupetic, Maintenance Manager of Global Aerotech.
“This strategic partnership is the culmination of both parties effortlessly coming together with a collective mindset – to provide the aviation community with reliable services of the highest quality, as well as placing our customer experience first and foremost, at all times. We are delighted to have Alen, Mihael and their team as part of the Dviation family, as we turn the page of this exciting new chapter, together,” comments Ts. Kevin Teoh, Group MD of Dviation Group.
