12^th September, Selangor – Dviation Group, through its training arm, Dviation Training Centre (DTC), and CTRM Testing Laboratory (CTRM TL) have entered a strategic partnership following the signing of a Memorandum of Collaboration (MOC) at the Selangor Air Show today.

This collaboration marks a crucial step toward enhancing the standards of aviation training and technical services in Malaysia and beyond, addressing the ever-evolving needs of the aviation industry.

The agreement focuses on several key areas of cooperation, including the sharing of facilities to ensure efficient resource use and operational excellence. The partnership also leverages DTC’s well-established brand, supporting CTRM TL in expanding its recognition within the aviation sector.

Both organisations will collaborate to develop industry-standard training materials while placing a special focus on the creation and delivery of competency-based Aviation Technical Safety, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Training.

Furthermore, the collaboration seeks to develop procedures that comply with the highest regulatory standards, such as those set by EASA and CAAM, while also working to elevate the current standards of workshops and training aids. With this partnership, DTC and CTRM TL aim to create a more robust and future-ready aviation workforce.

One of the key courses Dviation Training Centre and CTRM Testing Laboratory (CTRM TL) will collaborate on is the NDT Cadet Programme, designed to fast-track the certification of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspectors. The curriculum covers essential areas such as classroom-based learning, hands-on exercises, and rigorous exams, preparing cadets to meet the industry's high standards.

Through this partnership, DTC and CTRM TL will enhance the quality of training materials, ensuring alignment with global standards, and provide crucial support in developing the regulatory skills necessary for future NDT inspectors.
